A Decade of Purpose: Celebrating 10 Years of Meredith Leigh Moore

This October, we're celebrating a milestone: 10 years of Meredith Leigh Moore leading Leverette Weekes.

In 2016, Meredith left an executive position at Comcast to rebuild the firm her parents founded in 1973 around communications, carrying their mission forward through a new focus: helping leaders be seen, trusted, and heard.

Over the last decade, Meredith and her team have partnered with leaders and organizations across industries. From writing and producing the launch of the 1954 Project—which has awarded $10 million to Black education leaders—to creating Momentum Summit, which welcomed more than 300 leaders to Martha's Vineyard in August 2026, the work has always centered on helping people and organizations make an impact.

What's next for Leverette Weekes

The next chapter is already underway—with a new website, new partnerships, Momentum Summit 2027, and expanded ways to work with Leverette Weekes.

We’re continuing to support executives, organizations, and teams through strategic communications, executive coaching, professional development, leadership transitions, and the moments when getting the message right matters most.
