At the Getting Unstuck Academy Online Coaching Program, we understand that your schedule is unique. That's why our self-paced program is designed to accommodate your needs, offering a mix of group coaching and one-on-one sessions with your executive coach and author, Meredith Leigh Moore.
You’ll create an action plan and gain immediate access to 18 step-by-step lessons on the Getting Unstuck mindset, starting with the State of Your Life, building your leadership brand, and creating a vision board. In the final module, you’ll develop a career plan that motivates you and get the support you need through mentors, strategic communication, and celebrating your milestones to stay motivated.
As a graduate of the Getting Unstuck Academy, you’ll become a valued member of our supportive community. With lifetime access to the Getting Unstuck Community, you'll have the opportunity to participate in monthly workshops, learning opportunities, and special events, fostering a sense of belonging and support.

The benefits of coaching build over time.
Your initial coaching program will begin upon completion of your Insights Discovery assessment and conclude with your 90-day check-in with your coach.
After the initial period, you may extend as long and as often as you like. My clients often stay with me long past our initial coaching period and even convert to become personal branding or communications consulting clients.
Since I limit my private coaching practice to a small number of inspiring clients, most of whom continue coaching for an extended period, my practice can get full, and I implement a waiting list for new clients. If you stop coaching and decide later to come back, we will do our best to accommodate your request by giving you a “preferred client” status on the list. The waiting period varies and we’ll be glad to discuss it further with you should the need arise.
Your coaching time slot is a “reservation” on my calendar, a committed time that I dedicate to you and your goals. To respect your time, I ask that you commit to how we will invest our time before we start.
Before our first meeting, you’ll need to complete your pre-work including your Insights ® Discovery leadership profile.
Insights ® Discovery and personal effectiveness are about connections – specifically, improving them! Have you ever wanted to connect with someone, or needed to, and noticed that their different personal style can at times prevent you from establishing a good connection with them?
Insights Discovery will help you to understand yourself at a deeper level, and consequently, understand what makes you unique. When we learn more about ourselves, we can then start to appreciate what makes others different, and start to consider how we can adapt our approach to connect with others, to get the most out of our relationships. The program has four key elements:
