What are you doing for Women's Equality?

Happy Women's Equality Day! Today marks the 102 anniversary of American women getting the right to vote. Each year, I recommit as a business owner and working parent to create opportunities for women to advance, negotiate confidently, and rise into leadership roles.

I'm incredibly proud of our majority Black women team at Leverette Weekes, a public relations agency that helps amplify the voices and visions of multicultural leaders. We all play a role in making DEI a verb. But women still don’t have pay equity.

The question I would ask is, what are you doing to help close the pay gap between women and men?
