About The Event

You work hard for your money, but is that enough?

Black women are paid .64 cents for every $1 a white man earns. In Minnesota, we're fighting back by teaching women the skills to negotiate for more pay and visibility. From small business owners to corporate climbers, you can make a positive impact and change the narrative by overcoming the statistics.

This workshop is free and open to anyone interested in learning how to advocate for equal pay for Black women.

Visibility Matters is a podcast promoting Black women who are changing the world via words and action through workshops, webinars, and networking events. As part of a commitment to highlighting the Black women in St. Paul, Minnesota we are excited to host a special event at Heritage Tea House, featuring a discussion with co-owner Raeisha Williams.

Join us for an interactive salary negotiation workshop hosted by author and career coach Meredith Moore Crosby to learn how to increase your visibility and earn more income by monetizing your brand.

We'll create a safe space to roleplay and practice your way to earning more. Space is limited, reserve your spot today.
